The dentist was very professional. Both him and the staff are warm and welcoming. I was attended to in a timely manner. Every one treated me with dignity and respect.

I was pleasantly shocked, I am a senior with "dental phobia" ( lol) and although a small office its a very professional practice. They put me in chair ver little discomfort and got to work! Zip bam boom and I was outta there feeling like I popped by to say hello. First time there, won't be the last.

My experience at the front desk was a huge turn off. What is the cost of pretending to be pleasant to customer who support your business. The receptionist was unpleasant, unkind and it seemed as if my mere presence was a bother to her. A very poor customer service I'd say.

If it weren't for the doctor who based on previous experience is known to be pleasant and professional, I would have turned around and left. The stars are for the service the doctor and should be noted as such. There need to be people who are customer service oriented employed to deal with and address the needs of customers.
