Very careless & unprofessional service I've never seen. Without notice & agreement for dental insurance coverage to patient, Dr Cynthia asked me to come here and charged over $380. Suddenly her receptionist asked me to pay billl right away. So hidden cost play!!! It is professional ethical issue. Very unprofessional service!!!. They are just looking for your money Dont go there.

Dr. Purtac is an excellent Dentist along with having a kind and caring personality. She is also an excellent hygienist and does not feel she is too high on the totem pole to clean teeth! The staff is so thoughtful and kind. It's truly a great office to go to. Try them, you will love them!!

I walked in and the knew I had anxiety and they offered me a Diazepam! I drove myself and I'm a recovering addict. I didn't take it because who offers a benzo to a new patient? They told me I needed a 3D X-ray ($375 later) and then they told me they THINK I need a root canal then told me ok lets start now! Are you kidding? Meet and treat is horrible!!! Do not trust them they want nothing but your money. They should both have there license revoked. I went to get TWO second opinions and they both said you only have two cavitys.

Had both cavity's filled. Do not trust them please listen to me. I will be reaching out to the ADA board and sending them the disk of my 3D X-ray.
