I had a terrible experience with this dental office. I tried calling multiple times to get an appointment but never received any callbacks. When I finally called for a third time to continue to inquire, the staff was rude and seemed completely unknowledgeable. I felt dismissed and unvalued as a potential patient. I wouldn’t recommend this office to anyone looking for professional dental care.

Everyone is so on point! The receptionist and so nice and great with breaking down what insurance covers and doesn’t. The dental hygienist might as well be dentis with how knowledgeable they are. And my dentist there is very gentle and always making sure I’m as comfortable as I can be.

I had a great experience at this dental office! The space is super clean, bright, and welcoming, which made me feel comfortable right away. I want to give a special shoutout to Ginet, the hygienist — she was amazing! She cleaned my teeth with such a soft touch, and I didn’t feel any pain at all. It was honestly one of the most gentle cleanings I’ve ever had.

I really appreciated her professionalism and care. Highly recommend this place!

Extremely rude and unprofessional experience. The dental hygienist handling my cleaning was arrogant not only to me but also to other staff members. When another staff member had just taken my X-ray, this hygienist demanded I take an additional and unnecessary X-ray for no good reason. During the cleaning, she began by saying my teeth looked fine. I explained I had some swelling at one of my front teeth due to an injury. Barely 10 minutes later she was already pushing “laser treatment” on me without even listening to my concerns or doing a proper evaluation.

During my cleaning session she left repeatedly OVER and OVER. My experience at another dental clinic in Commack was far superior—I never had these kinds of issues there. On top of that, this same office told my family member she had “no cavities” and was in good shape. Then, as soon as the (very young and seemingly clueless) doctor walked in, they suddenly told her she had two cavities that needed to be filled immediately. We went to another clinic to verify—she had zero cavities! Overall, the entire staff was rude and unprofessional. Compared to other clinics on Long Island, this place felt like an obvious money grab.

They try to upsell unnecessary procedures and treatments. Please avoid this place. I had zero issues at my other local dental clinic. This practice seems shady, and honestly it should be investigated.
