Not terribly pleased with the service. Was first patient and still took nearly 2 hours for a basic cleaning for what was 20 minutes of work. Cleaning was very light handed. Was immediately upsold on service before even looking in my mouth and kept insisting.

Went to Raio because i was “transfered” from the previous one because of my insurance. I am glad they switched me! From the wonderful girls at the front desk to the actual dentist… i couldnt be happier! They were wonderful and did more for me than expected!

This was the 2nd time I was there. They took X-rays back in January and this was my 6 month follow up. A different dentist saw me today and informed me that I have a cavity based on x rays before even looking in my mouth, then looked at my mouth and stated that clinically I need a fill in. I went to the front desk very much confused as I was seen by the dentist/owner in January and they wanted to do another procedure like Invisalign. .

I was shocked and upset to hear that I had a cavity that was never caught by the dentist/owner. The front desk wanted to schedule the filling- I said I want a 2nd opinion. The front desk staff was snarky and informed me if I wanted a 2nd opinion to let them do another x ray today. I said I didn’t have time as I was already there for little over an hour, which she replied that any cleaning appointment is an hour (all the other dentists I have been to are able to do it within 45 minutes- but I guess when my dental hygienist, who was amazing, was running between my cleaning and another patient getting teeth whitening. And I’m sure this company will have an inappropriate response to this review which I am expecting.

. seeing every negative comment has a response with a “reason” . This company seems very money hungry. Guess I’m on the hunt for an HONEST dentist again, 😔

Terrible, I have been to a few Raio Dental places & they are horrible. This one this time I had a hygienist who felt I had white spots in my mouth so she gets me all upset and my anxiety kicks in then the dentist comes in and instead of just telling me that I do have white spots however I like you to have them checked by an oral surgeon she decides to scare me and say if they are cancerous then we can make a plan, then the camera in that room was not working so she stuck her cell phone in my mouth to take images of these spots and at same time asking me about getting implants I had to remind her I am in no mode to think about implants after what you just told me, then while waiting for a referral I see her showing some other dentist the images of my spots and talking about it while I am looking at her how unprofessional so next day I ended up in emergency with panic attacks and the following day I went and paid cash for an oral surgeon who stated it does not look precancerous and it is not but he did the 3 biopsies for me bc of the state of mind I was in that Raio dentist caused me. This is not the first time it seems every time I go in with an issue to Raio dental the dentist he uses tell me one thing then when I see a professional I get told something different this happened in 3 different offices all Raio is about is seeing one time then throwing you to the dogs, he cares nothing after that it is like a chop shop Raio sees you once he seems professional then you end up with ppl who only care about selling you things or lying saying you need things you really do not.

I have had all horrible experiences I am done with them and their lies. It's all about money and not patients to Dr Raio. There is no way these dentist he uses are fully certified they are straight at of school.

He keeps opening pop up shops anywhere using his name but your treatments are no good . I am sad Dr Raio put me throw this ordeal more then once with his fake dentistry's .
