Dr. Costa expertly fixed my broken tooth with a crown right in the office. It didn’t have to be sent to a lab and has lasted. The staff is caring and courteous and gets you in quickly in an emergency.

I went in for a routine cleaning and was told I had cavities that needed to be redone. I truly wish I hadn’t agreed to the work, because ever since they touched one of my back teeth, I’ve had nothing but issues. After they refilled the cavity, the tooth became extremely sensitive — especially when biting down. I also started getting food stuck between that tooth and the one next to it, which had never been a problem before. I suspect they added too much material or didn’t shape the filling correctly.

I went back several times (about 4–5 times over six months), and each time they said they’d fix it at no charge. Unfortunately, the issue just kept getting worse. Eventually, I was told I might need a root canal — which was shocking, because I’ve never had any major dental issues in my life. When I asked for a refund and a copy of my x-rays so I could go somewhere else, they told me I’d need to sign an NDA first. I never signed it, and still haven’t received my records — even though it’s been nearly a year.

As someone who’s always taken dental care seriously, this whole experience has left me frustrated and honestly a bit scared to go to a new dentist now. I don’t want anyone else to go through what I did, and I feel like I have a right to share my experience to help others make an informed decision.

The dental hygienist Carrie was very knowledgeable and informative with the services they provide as well as she did an amazing cleaning to my teeth.
