I am absolutely outraged and heartbroken. My 10-year-old has been going to this dental office every 6 months for the past 8 years—without fail. At every visit, I’ve been reassured with the same line: “His teeth look great, Mom! See you in 6 months!” So imagine my shock when, during our most recent appointment, I was suddenly told that he has a deep gum recession that may require a gum graft. At TEN years old! How does something this serious go unnoticed for this long? Gum recession doesn’t happen overnight—it takes time to develop. With a revolving door of dentists and dental assistants, not a single one ever flagged this issue in all those years.

Either they missed it completely, or they weren't even looking closely enough. When I brought my concern to the office manager, all she could say was, “I’ll look at his chart. ” No apology. No accountability. Just a shrug and a promise to “check.

” That is completely unacceptable when we’re talking about a child’s health. Do not trust your child’s dental care to this place. Their lack of consistency, attention, and basic communication is appalling. Stay far away.

Been going here mostly for routine care for the past couple of years due to insurance (to be honest). I have difficulty with dental work (anxiety) but this office is different. Everyone I've encountered is kind, knowledgeable, and takes their time. This week I had more major work done.

It was the most painless and easy procedure I've ever had done and I've used some great dentists in the past. Thanks for "humoring me" making my visit less stressful.
