Had me drive 45mins in traffic after a 8hr shift to an office that conveniently closed for the day. I called 6 times on the way to see if it was okay if I was a little early and no one answered! Secretary was there but the other one who took my call and who I spoke to twice the day of the appointment somehow didn’t have any information about my appointment. The only excuse I got was “oh sometimes she gets frazzled”. I got a confirmation text but they had no record of it and also oops no one’s here to help you anyway.

Never taking that hike just for a lack of professionalism ever again. Hire better employees, I beg you. 1/10

Overal a positive experience at this dentist. Can't really complain. Not what it used to be but still a pretty damn good neighbor dentist facility. Pros- fairly quickly, friendly, relaxed atmosphere professional Cons- quick visits have their down sides.

While I have not experienced any issues due to this it definitely feels rushed and I don't get the same quality of cleaning I did years ago at this office. Tldr: quick, friendly professional staff.

I wish i could give NO stars to this company!! Never would i think a business would hire someone to represent the company so rudely with out even asking your name first. If you are a normal person with questions thats looking for a dentist/the right people to work on your teeth Dr.

Vanni Jr PC office IS NOT IT!! Really unprofessional, no safe respect, so she (the lady that answers the phone) has no respect for the business. 10/19/2023

Dr Vanni = 100% great. BUT the staff = No Good! One in particular named Karen -- yes Karen -- is a control freak pining for her CV-19 -- put your mask on powers. Get past that one and you be (sic) good.
