I went in there today to see if the place would be a right fit for me. The staff were at lunch. As I looked around I noticed how dirty the place was. I could see part of the exam room which didnt look clean. The front office needs new chairs to replace the ripped ones they had. The floor was disgusting! The waiting room could use a bit of finesse as well. .

It's a dental office which should be clean at all times. If a staff member sees this review, please advise the owner to sharpen up the place. The office chairs were atrocious!! Tidy up the place. I'm surprised Osha hasn't paid them a visit yet. I definitely will look elsewhere.

I had the pleasure of being seen by Dr. Golightly for a couple of fillings. He always does a great job of explaining everything he’s doing. I’ve been to a different (v fancy) dentist in the past who drilled too deeply and had my teeth hurting so bad that I couldn’t chew on one side of my mouth for months.

No such problems with Dr. Golightly! He did an excellent job of filling my cavities, no pain at all. Also, the young staff are so lovely. I’m so happy I don’t have to schlepp all the way to the west village to find a good dentist anymore!

I was initially skeptical about coming to Rochdale dental care after reading some negative reviews online. However, my experience was nothing like what I had read—it was absolutely outstanding! From the moment I walked in, the staff was warm, welcoming, and incredibly attentive. The office, though small, was very clean and well-maintained. As someone who has experienced poor dental care in the past, I can confidently say that this was not just “better by comparison”—it was genuinely excellent.

The staff was professional, courteous, and thorough in explaining everything about my dental health. They changed their gloves regularly, maintained a high standard of cleanliness, and made me feel completely comfortable. I did not have to wait long for my appointment, and the process was seamless from start to finish. I am very particular about customer service, cleanliness, and overall dental care, and Rochdale Dental Care exceeded my expectations.

If you are considering coming here, I highly recommend it. My initial appointment was a great experience, and I will be updating my review after my filling. Thank you to the team at Rochdale Dental Care for providing such excellent service!
