At 30 years old I have only been to one dentist and that's because Dr. Gignac is the absolute best. The office is welcoming, the staff is friendly, kind and so so SO good at what they do. I recommend this office to absolutely everyone and I hope to be a patient there for many years to come!

My wife had a wonderful experience with Dr.Gignac when she had an unexpected dental issue she was hoping to get taken care of ASAP. They worked with her, got her in quickly & took great care of her, especially knowing she is a very nervous dental patient. Our family has been going to Dr. Gignac for many years & we are very happy!!

I don't have much to say about the dentist since I never got to see him. I went in last year for an annual but for some reason they only did the cleaning that day, and had me schedule an appointment for the actual dental visit. I was sick and had to cancel the appointment. When I called back, the receptionist told me they were "so busy," so to give her my available days and times and she would call me back.
SHE NEVER CALLED BACK. I call back to schedule another appointment and once again she tells me that she's going to call me back and once again she does not. If you don't want me as a patient (don’t know why) then just say that!!!

Dr Gignac himself is quite nice but the woman at the front desk is a horrible human being. I dont mind paying my coinsurance at the time of the visit, but they should let people know that before they come. On a Tuesday, I asked if I could call with payment on Friday (mind you my kids have been patients for years. .
it's not like she never saw me before) and she was so incredibly rude to me in front of my child and other people in the waiting room, I'll never go back. Second time I left that place upset because of her. Done.
