Awful experience. The front desk woman is 100% rude and unfriendly. I was a brand new patient and ran a few mins late because I pulled into the wrong place and she was more than happy to yell to the dental assistant to "get done what you can in the time she has now allotted you. " The assistant was nice, the dentist came in didn't even introduce himself just kept going on to the assistant about all the issues he saw with my teeth and past dental work.

Started to let me know how I couldn't get this that or the other done because I had "bad bones" and then proceeded to ask how old I was just to reiterate how I shouldn't have bones that weak at my age. ZERO bedside manner or even just ability to talk to someone like a person. Once he walked out because he was done, the assistant nicely explained and showed me things. Had to set up another appointment with the nasty woman up front who was just as unfriendly checking out as she was checking in.

I even apologized again for being a few mins late and promised I would be early next time and she just looked at me and said "yeah". Needless to say I had my X-rays sent elsewhere and will not be returning. Wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy!

Dr. Sacks, specifically, is one of the best dentist I have ever gone to. He will give you honest opinions that is in the well being of the patient. He also fixed my childhood chipped tooth that no one has been able to fix and have it stay, it's now been 2.

5 years since he has fixed it and it is still holding strong he did such a great job. Everyone is friendly and understanding there and cares about your concerns. I HIGHLY recommend him and his office.

Ok, I never do this but feel compelled because for having two root canals done, that was hands down the BEST experience I have ever had at a dentists office. The staff is polite, pleasant and courteous. The wait was non existent. The work was thorough and practically painless. A comprehensive plan was discussed for my dental work, with OPTIONS.

My whole family will be using this practice. I highly recommend them. You will not regret it.

This is truly the most excellent Dentist I've ever been to. I've always had fears of Dentist because of pain in the past, but when I found Dr. Darren Sacks over 22 year's ago, I won't go to any other Dentist ever. Most loving, caring, people ever, they truly make you feel like your one of their family member's. 💞 I highly recommend them. You will definitely not regret it.
