I have been going here for a few years now and I've only ever had a great experience. The staff is friendly and the doctor is very kind and patient. As a former dental assistant, I am leary about new dentists, but I feel very pleased and confident going here. I never have to wait long in the waiting room which is nice because a lot of offices you have to wait a long time.

Haven't had issues with billing or making appointments. I had an emergency after hours and the doctor responded quickly and referred me to an endodontist right away. I would definitely recommend.

I have been going to Safe Harbor Dental for quite a few years now. First with Dr Adams and now with Dr Danielle, the staff is warm and welcoming, they don't keep you waiting for long periods of time and they have a special relationship with their patients. I would highly recommend this Dental Group.

All about the money and not your health. Called and left a message over the weekend that I was not feeling well and would not make a Monday appointment. After feeling better a few days later, I called to reschedule. A few days after that I received a bill for $50 for the appt missed. When I called they said they stood by the bill and admittedly did not care they have no service over the weekend to acknowledge the cancellation.

$50 is more important than a repeat patient. . .

Normally I hate going to the dentist, however this office made me feel so comfortable. They understood when I said I was nervous and explained step by step what they were going to do. The doctor was really nice and easy to talk to. The receptionist was very pleasant and easy to talk to.
