They consistently mess up appointment times so you get there and realize you're late. You may even schedule your kid and they won't even have them listed. If there is one thing this place is known for it is messing up appointment times. You call to make an appointment, which they confirm on the phone, but then schedule them for a completely different time.

I have been a patient at this office for several years now with a great love for Dr. Dinh. As of recently, I am greatly disappointed in the lack of service/communication I have received. I have attempted to schedule an appointment for my family over the past few weeks. I called and was placed on hold for an extended period of time. After 15 mins, the receptionist came back to the phone and told me the front office was busy and she would call me back.

Several days later, no call, no consideration. I have attempted to call back but no one answers, calls are immediately forwarded to a voicemail. Soft Heart Dentistry had a friendly family vibe. Sage Dental of Lawrenceville feels like a poorly ran business by unprofessional.

Just really really bad service. Toco Hills and Tucker blow this branch away. Trying to get an appointment is ridiculous. Getting a clear breakdown of billing is sketchy. The hygienist is insulting and sloppy and I’m not even sure if she’s that competent.

The guy hollering vague appointment options from another room is very unprofessional and disrespectful. There are many other and much better options for dental care. These folks obviously detest clients or maybe they all just wanted to spew it on me personally. I even have their annual Sage discount plan and they still charge way too much for such lousy service.

Sage Dental is a horror show — and the hygienist is a dentist’s nightmare come to life. We paid $900 with insurance for a rushed, painful “deep cleaning” that only covered half our mouths — and they didn’t even polish our teeth. My husband was told “no pain, no gain” when he asked for more numbing (he’s a redhead and needs it — they didn’t care). The hygienist took her anger out on us. It felt personal. Staff were trash-talking the manager right in front of us. The manager herself was rude, dismissive, and completely uninterested in patient care — both in person and when I called to cancel our next appointments.

This place is not trauma-informed, not compassionate, and not safe. Don’t traumatize your children here. They’re using reviews from the previous practice at this location to trick people. Do not be fooled. This experience was emotionally and physically harmful. I wouldn’t send my worst enemy here.
