I am giving this office a 0 star… even after making the previous complaint, I spoke with Claire and she was suppose to fix the problem but instead today this morning I received a call from a man stating that my child is no longer a guest and they will no longer service him because of the statement that I made. I’m NOT taking it down, I am blasting both statements on ALL SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORMS… I highly DO NOT RECOMMEND ANY NEW PATIENTS GO HERE… they will lie and make it seem as if they will help and turn around and cancel all further services… THEY ARE CRAZY!!! But it’s okay because my child definitely has a new dentist office he attends.

Thanks for nothing SLU PEDIATRIC DENTISTRY!

This Lady is VERY RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL AND SUPER UNPROFESSIONAL (I called to let them know that we were 5 mins late but we where in route) mind you the school is literally 10 mins away and I went to pick my child up 30 minutes before his time, but while waiting for him to come out of class and down to the office (I called the office and spoke to her, she states that I need to be in within 9min grace period) which is fine with me… we arrive at 1:39 and the appointment was at 1:35 (as soon as we walk in she immediately says you need to reschedule because I already told them that you missed the appointment (had to park the car in the garage and walk down stairs and across the street to get in the building) I said well why do that and we’re here, she said you’re late and I said no ma’am I called and told you that we were going to be there at that time because of the pickup… she starts yelling and I start yelling back because she was being rude, then I asked for a school note and she tells me no because we didn’t see your child, tells me that I need to book another appointment but turns to another guest to help them with checking in and two other people she was making new appointments for them and have yet to look my way, APOLOGIZE or even try to help me so I can leave the office… she began to ignoring me so I BLAST HOOD MUSIC in the office to see if she would say anything… nope still nothing and mind you as I’m writing this statement I’ve been sitting in office still for 20 mins and she still hasn’t said anything to me or even give me a new date so I can leave the office… PLEASE RETRAIN HER ASAP OR I WILL ENCOURAGE MORE PEOPLE TO STAY AWAY FROM HERE, yes 3 people stop coming because of prior experiences with the exact lady and her rudeness! Next time I come here I wanna see a younger more respectful and polite secretary and if not I WILL NO LONGER BRING MY CHILD HERE!!!!!
