Dr. Dacosta was great and was very thorough. He had my tooth pulled & finished before I even knew he'd began. His staff on the other hand is rude, obnoxious and disrespectful.
Receptionist refused to give me an appointment because I had gone to a different dentist over a year later whom I was not happy with. I wanted to return to Dr. Dacosta but she refused to let me make an appointment for a broken tooth that needs extracted.

They're unprofessional i was asked to come to another location due to trouble at the one i was scheduled at, After arriving i sat for an hour before going back for an x-ray, the person i spoke with the day before asked me if i would like to reschedule but i was clearly having a dental emergency so i politely declined.
During the x-ray i was told that my appointment would be rescheduled after i clearly stated i didn't want to reschedule my appointment, So i politely called another dentist office while sitting in their office & got an emergency appointment for the same day & left with no words HORRIBLE!
