Trying to save my insurance downgraded when my insurance hasn’t changed at all. trying to charge me fees For canceling an appointment, which I have proof that I contacted and let them know I would not be there. Very unprofessional service will never use this dentist again and I will never recommend a single person to go here

I’ve been to a million dentists over the years, only to have procedures repeated over and over again… until I found Seven Star Dental! No other dental practice compares to Dr Bustamante and the Seven Star staff. I’ve been a patient here for almost 10 years now… the work I’ve had done here is of the highest quality, and the service overall is incredible.

I’ll never go to another dental practice again!

I don't know why this place has 5 star reviews. I was not treated fairly like others apparently. I had a question about my extra tooth and the doctor there (whatever she is) had told me that we weren't going to talk about the extra tooth since I was possibly moving. She said it rudely and I told her I MIGHT be moving. Either way if a patient has a question, you need to answer it whether someone is moving or not. I told the ladies at the front desk about this and nothing was done about it🤷🏿‍♀️ They act like they are for you and are not. I wouldn't recommend this dentist to anyone. I been looking at another dentist but they don't look like they accept my insurance. If it wasn't for that and the fact this dentist office is located downtown, I would not be letting them service me! Now few of the ladies are cool here and seem like they care. But I can count that on my one hand. Or one finger.

. . And the one who was really awesome well she works at another location. Just come down to this one to help out from time to time. At this point why do I even need dental insurance 🙄 to trust other people, who don't care, to clean my mouth and don't care how they talk to their patients. ? The time we live in, whew. And I heard someone say in a review that if you give a bad review then they will cancel you as a patient. Good then let them! Let's you know more how this business really is. Plus this will only help me to find better. 👍🏿 If you want good reviews then treat EVERYONE with the same kind of respect. Don't pick and choose who you want to be respectful to because best believe the same stuff you do to others will come around and bite you right back.

**UPDATE** PLEASE DON'T USE THIS DENTIST! TRUST ME, YOU WILL THANK ME LATER! I told these people if my insurance doesn't take to do a simple regular cleaning then I won't be seen. (Paraphrasing my words). The lady Drew said she would check to make sure my insurance take before letting me come in. Long story short, I guess my insurance took because they had me come in. Just to give me a bill (that I don't owe) weeks or a month later. These people are a crook and don't deserve to be in business. These 5 star reviews are probably family members😩🙄 Check into Mint dental. I heard they were better than these people. These folks mad at my review and now they sre trying to be the evil people that they are. GROW UP! This place needs to be shut down IMMEDIATELY ✌🏿👏🏿
