The site is very unorganized, I’ve often been wrongly scheduled and have had extreme wait times despite having an appointment. Been in the process of completing dental work for over 1 year because they continue to cancel my appointments the day before they are scheduled due to “availability”. The actual dentist is very nice but this facility is absolutely horrible in every other aspect.

This place is amazing! I’ve had really bad experiences with dental offices and it made me not keep up with my cleanings. I dreaded going to the dentist. After my visit with this Eastern Dental in Laural springs, I can’t wait to go back! I can’t wait to keep up with my oral hygiene! Very amazing place, highly recommend

Dr Menon is an asset to Eastern Dental my first visit in January 2025, I observed a well Organized staff buzzing to get things done efficiently and very accommodated. My second visit was July 2025 I couldn’t be more pleased with the service from the front desk and the escort that took me back and everyone who greeted me throughout my visit Doctor. MENON Really cares have been her patience and satisfying their needs above and beyond what is required . I also notice how the staff members respect and listen to her and seem glad to implement whatever she asks of them to help.

. Does she delegate? YES but also She works with the team side-by-side to satisfy the needs of her patients I have listened to the radio station B101. 5 New Jersey and EASTERN DENTAL advertises for DJ himself as a patient and also speaks highly of the service that he receives himself so I truly recommend EASTERN DENTAL

This is indeed the worst dental practice. I had an 11:00 emergency appointment to evaluate my filling that was done incorrectly a month prior. It was under filled and left a huge gap in between my teeth. I was evaluated and told me they will redo the procedure. I was bounce around from room to room then sent back to the front desk saying they can’t see me right away. I told them that it was my day off and needed the filling done asap since they messed it up. Front desk eventually schedule for me to come back same day at 1pm. I was asked to signed another consent and I think the receptionist completely forgot about me even though I immediately told her the consent is signed within 5 mins. It was now 1:45pm and she proceeded to tell me that my dentist is running late from Jury Duty.

Wow! Why would they schedule me for that time. It is now 2pm and I was finally called into the back. To my surprised, I had the same dentist who initially messed up my fillings back in Oct. I didn’t want to be rude and asked for another dentist so she proceeded to numb my gums then walked away to assist another patient. I was overhearing horror story so I immediately asked Dr. Sunita for someone else. She tells me that since she is the one that numb me no one else can touch my teeth. I was worry that my filling would go wrong again. I said “you would get it right this time?”.

Dr. Sunita response is “we’ll try”. The filling failed again and I ended up getting a bad infection from the huge cut and deep drilling. She made the filling bigger than it was. I ended up with a bad ulcer and got sick. I ended up going to another dentist to get it corrected. The moral of the story is that not all dentist are created equal. I would avoid this place at all cost.
