The actual dentist has zero bedside manner. Shaved my child's teeth without consent. Was rude to her. Treated me like I was stupid. Referred us to a person to get root canal. Said she needed 10.

The Dr we were referred to said she needed 2. Still argued with me about her getting more going against what the Dr he referred us to said. Gave us grief because my 16 yr old had braces and expected me to just throw away the thousands I have paid for them and take them off. Just terrible. His staff was nice though.

Dr Desai is not only an unskilled dentist, but he is dishonest and lacks customer service. The lower back crown he put on my tooth came off after a year, and he gave me no compensation for this or took any responsibility for doing incorrectly. So next I had an implant put in, and he did the implant crown for this same tooth. The crown did not fit correctly and had to be redone. He immediately accused the periodontist of doing his part incorrectly. The periodontist was extremely professional and took a lot of time explaining to me how the implant and crown work together.

He wrote Dr Desai a lengthy email explaining solutions to fix the crown ( I saw the email) and Dr Desai said he never received it Dr Desai patched the crown, and then it became loose again. He finally replaced it after many negotiations with me. It should have been an automatic response that he would fix it. Now, less that a year later, the crown is right back where it was. It is loose and food catches under the tooth. It will have to be replaced again.

I cannot trust him to fix it correctly. I will have to go to another dentist and start all over. I have spent thousands of dollars on one crown due to his mistakes. Without doubt, Dr Desai is the worst dentist I have ever been to. In my opinion, he should not be practicing or running a business that provides no customer service.

Reception called the day prior to confirm appointment. Check in and paperwork was simple and didn’t take a great deal of time. The exam and all staff I encountered were friendly and professional. I was hoping for a stress free experience and they delivered.
