I've ground my teeth for a long time, and at a regular checkup Dr. Bloom recommended getting a TMJ device. I was initially skeptical since I've already been using a night guard for years (not to mention the cost of a TMJ device being higher than a usual night guard), but decided to give it a try, considering I'd still been getting headaches and fractured teeth from the grinding. The fitting was incredibly fast, and when the TMJ device arrived it fit on the first try without further adjustments! Dr. Bloom did a great job explaining what to expect (e.

g. a temporary worsening of grinding symptoms for a week, which did happen for me). But even within a day of use I could tell just how the TMJ device reduced the pressure on my jaw! Now the process is complete, and I'm just using it at night. Highly highly recommend Dr. Bloom for others with long term grinding! Well worth the cost

Honestly this was one of the best, if not, the best experience I’ve ever had with a dental office. The receptionist was sweet and helpful, the dental assistant was great, and Dr. Bloom was kind, gentle, transparent, and efficient. 10/10 would recommend.

We recently switched to Sloop Dental on South Wabash. Dr. Bloom is great. He has a very gentle touch, explains everything and truly cares about his patients' dental care. He did 2 implants for me and they went perfectly.
