The office in Bristol,Pa is absolutely terrible! Stay away if possible. Dr. Vikas was beyond rude and aggressive. They refuse to do anything for patients after they mess up their teeth. I went to get 1 tooth pulled and he "worked" on 4 of my teeth that didn't need anything and now my whole mouth is in pain and they refuse to do anything about.

My daughter had a root canal done here, afterwards ahe started to have pain. Went back and forth multiple times to have it looked at, his response was nothing is wrong it's all in her head. Decided to have the X-ray that they took and take it to a different dentist, by just looking at the x-ray was able to tell something is majorly wrong.
Needless to say, i am now spending thousands of dollars to try and keep the tooth. Will never go back or refer my worst enemy to this office.

I went to get a filling done at the Broad St location and the Dentist there Dr Patel shaved the entire bottom of my cuspid tooth which she was not supposed to touch I went 5 times following my first procedure for them to fix this. I eventually went to this jerk Dr Vikas and as other reviewers have mentioned his office is arrogant and does not know how to deal with patients they permanently messed up my bite and refuse to fix it, I too have contacted the Department of health and looking to file a complaint.
If you don't want an ongoing dental problem, STAY AWAY!

When this office changed into Signature Smiles it also changed into your worst nightmare of a dentist. They are unprofessional and incompetent on every level. They did unauthorized work on my minor son that was not on his referral. They also violated Hipaa laws by not giving me copies of the forms I signed when I requested them.
Horrible communication by not reading his medical history I filled out that said he just had a exam and cleaning the week before and did duplicate work on him that was not authorized, by me or the referral. They also didn't look at the referral or the x-ray of the tooth that I provided them and they made copies of when I made the appointment. Also, spreading misinformation when they told me it takes 2 weeks to get authorization for a crown when it actually takes 2 to 3 days. Luckily, I contacted his insurance company immediately and they opened an investigation.
They said they wouldn't bill me or my insurance multiple times, but with what an awful experience this was I wouldn't be surprised if they did. Avoid this office like the plague and especially don't trust them with your children.
