Great experience at this dental office, highly recommend. Dr. Shreya listened to my concerns and quickly identified where my tooth sensitivity was coming from. Rama took my X-Rays upon arrival and ensured that I was comfortable. Angela did my cleaning and gave me some great tips for flossing moving forward. Overall a great dentist experience!

Amazing service. I’ve recommended this place to many friends and family, more recently I recommended to my best friend who was having tooth pain and they got her in same day within 2 visit her issue is now resolved. The wait time is nothing at all you come in for your set time check in and before you even get to sit down and get comfortable they are already calling you to the back.

They are really good with handling anything you may need when you not in the office whether it’s having them email your referral or your records the turn around time is honestly amazing. Never had any issues with insurance either they take most. Give them a call, definitely worth it ☺️

Would highly recommend Smile dental studio. I went to their Washington Heights location as well as the lower Manhattan location and had a good experience. Dr. Donovan is amazing and so is the rest of the staff. They went above and beyond to accommodate me when there was an issue with one of my appointments. The receptionist was extremely friendly and welcoming.

The dental hygienist as well as the dentist themselves are all very professional. They maintain a clean environment and explain what they do as they are doing it. I would highly recommend Smile Dental Studio to anyone looking for a great dentist who cares about the patients needs. Thank you all for making my experience amazing and for accommodating me when I was a little difficult.

Walking into a new dental office for the first time can feel a little unfamiliar, but my recent experience was absolutely fantastic, and a huge part of that is thanks to Dr. Patel, the office manager. I had some specific needs I was hoping they could work with, and from the moment I started interacting with her, it was clear she was on my side. She really went out of her way to accommodate everything, whether it was sorting out the best time for my appointment or patiently walking me through what my insurance would cover.

She just made everything so easy and stress-free. Honestly, the overall outcome was amazing.
