My appointment was canceled the day before because they didn’t have my insurance information. Makes no sense because I could’ve simply provided that information the day of my appointment. The lady lied saying they called me multiple times which I a lie . I was called ONCE and sent a text message following that call.

I called back about an hour later just to find out my appointment was already taken and that I would need to wait months for a new one. I have decided to just bring my business somewhere else . Very disappointed

I hate going to the dentist but I enjoy coming to see Dr. Hofflich he will turn all those bad stereotypes about Dentist around. He is very gentle as well as his staff. I have moved to another state and still bring my family for our regular cleanings and dental work to this office. Give this office a visit I bet you won't be disappointed tell him I sent you. Your teeth won't regret it

I’ve been to Smile Boutique in the past for my regular check ups and always a great experience. Today, I went in for the first time in over 30 years to have a filling replaced and a broken tooth fixed. Dr. Hofflich and his assistant were amazing. I was so anxious - I explained the last time I had a filling was when I was 7 and it was traumatic! They were kind, patient, understanding and really took time to walk me through the procedure.

They were so calm and it was so reassuring. He took his time to ensure that I was comfortable and pain free. It was a simple procedure, but Dr. Hofflich’s “bed side manner” was the best from start to finish. And his assistant was so gentle and positive.

It was good energy all around. I have recommended the SMILEBOUTIQUE in the past but I can confidently and highly recommend them after having this last experience. If you’re afraid of the dentist - don’t put it off any longer. Call and make your appointment today! I promise you won’t regret trusting this dental practice with you care!
