I just had my annual exam and cleaning done here again. The service is amazing from the front desk to the dentist. Everyone is friendly and professional, the office is super clean and the vibe is great there, the location is convenient.. highly recommend

I went in for a cleaning, and the dentist said I needed to schedule a deep cleaning next time (I get professional cleanings every year, this is the first time anyone mentioned the need for a deep clean. . . . which might well be the case). Then she gave me a quick, light cleaning (it was over in a flash), and told me someone else would go over the details of the deep cleaning. Turns out it's a $3K procedure. It felt like all they wanted was money. Again, I may need a deep cleaning, but there was no thoroughness in the "normal" cleaning, so.

. . . . . not going back. Follow up: I went back this week to my previous dentist- even though I no longer live close to them, I fully trust them. They said they could not believe I had a recent cleaning (the one at Soul Dental), because I definitely needed one. Also, they said I was not a candidate for a pricey deep cleaning.

. . . I just needed a well-done cleaning. Ergo, Soul Dental did a poor cleaning and tried to upsell me on a $3,000 "deep cleaning. " I would like to get a refund.
