Good quality for sure, but you do pay for it…and then some. Payment is made upfront regardless of insurance and they are very strict with their times ($175 late/cancellation fee). I was hoping a minute or two over the grace period would be ok, but they said no.

It’s a Business policy and they probably have a good customer base already that don’t mind paying. Like other clients, I also had a very difficult time getting help in working my insurance through. Since all payments are made upfront by the client, the customer is left with the efforts of working with insurance- yikes.

So I would suggest them for complex procedures because the actual dental staff was good and kind, but the business part, which is part of the whole experience, probably needs some attending to. For regular cleaning and if you know exactly what you need, I suggest having another dentist on file, especially if you don’t have as much teeth problems. If you do go here, just make sure you familiarize yourself with how your insurance reads and prefers to comsume dental bills then ask the staff to follow that
