Dr. Jaffery is a great Dentist, I'd recommend him to everyone. The staff are Exceptional. Best Dental office by far.

East Love

I was seen in this office back in 12/2019 for an emergency visit (pain). Dr Jaffery was quick (how I like it) but when it was time to schedule a future appt, I was a little puzzled that 1) the front desk rep couldn't get me in for a routine cleaning within 2-3 months after I handle my pain issue, but, was offering me a dental restoration slot for a tooth that wasn't bothering me at the time. 2) She even quoted me for the procedure before I could even decline 3) She kept telling me that I had a deductible and that her system kept telling her to collect it from me.

I ask her due I owe the money, she stated that the system just tells her to collect if it recognizes a deduct and wasn't sure. I asked her to bill me instead. a month later, my insurance paid the claim in full (glad I didn't have to wait for a refund).

My point is, this office was just seeking to get paid and in my opinion was insensitive about current situation by offering me an appt that obviously would not have benefited me at the time. Last, I found a great HONEST dentist in my area. Beware of money hungry physicians!

Dr. Jaffery is literally the kindest doctor I have ever met. He is very caring and attentive. He took time to answer all my questions. He didn't just send me out to reception when he was done, he walked me there and stayed with me to answer any more questions I had.

I felt that he really cared about me! His staff are kind and caring. I have a fear of dentists but the staff along with Dr. Jaffery made me feel much more relaxed. He will be my dentist forever and I will recommend him to everyone I know! Thank you all for helping to alleviate my fears and making this experience much, much better than I expected.
