I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Southeast Smiles! From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel incredibly welcome and at ease. Everyone was not only friendly and helpful, but also genuinely hilarious - they kept the atmosphere light and fun, which made the whole visit so much more enjoyable. The dentist (Dr. Panchal) was exceptionally knowledgeable, taking the time to explain everything clearly and ensuring I felt informed and comfortable throughout the appointment.

Their gentle approach and professionalism truly stood out, and I felt confident I was in expert hands. One of the most memorable parts of the visit was the warm, lemongrass-scented hand towel I received at the end to freshen up - such a thoughtful and luxurious final touch that made the experience feel more like a spa visit than a dental appointment. Lynn and Devon and Dr. P were absolutely wonderful and really put us at ease the moment we came into the office. Devon has such a sweet energy and Lynn was so assuring and encouraging. She made me and my sister, who has had hard experiences with dentists in the past, feel very comfortable.

And Dr. P was so kind and took the time to talk with me before jumping into working on my teeth- and did the teeth cleaning himself. He was very humble and offered advice and encouragement for both me and my sister. I’m shocked at how kind, supportive and caring these people are- a really special group of people! :)
