What a GREAT Service. My Mom has Dementia- the dentist and the tech visited her right at her Memory Care location and did all their work right there! She's on a schedule for regular service going forward. The service my Mom received was so tender, loving and caring. My Mom has always taken excellent care of her teeth, with Spa Creek Dental the care can continue!

New patients/buyers beware: Be sure to do your due diligence before signing up for the Spa Creek services. I gave 1 star to draw attention to the vetting process, we did not use Spa Creek. My parent's Assisted Living facility promoted the convenience of Spa Creek coming to the facility for free, but that's just for the dispatch. Spa Creek didn't respond to multiple inquiries regarding participation in BCBS dental plan; reps email was inactive, calls went to a full VM box.

I proactively verify directly with BCBS and confirmed that Spa Creek is not a network provider. Spa Creek promotes their a-la-cart dental service and programs which are VERY expensive. Plan ahead for vetting the service vs cost vs convenience.

Tried multiple attempts to try to sign up my grandmother for an appointment at her elderly care home. Never returned calls nor answered the phones. How do you run a business like this is the question. Not worth the hassle and will not recommend.

They have owed a refund since November of 2024 for my deceased mother's account. The refund is only for $146. 30. I have made numerous calls to their billing department and all they can do is to continue to put in the request to the "supervisor", who apparently cannot be bothered to process the refund.

Terrible financial customer service! 🤬 13 Feb 2025 Update: I was finally able to talk to someone with some clout at Spa Creek and the refund was issued. Grateful for that but it never should have gotten to that point. ☹
