If I could give 0 stars I would. They refuse to answer phone calls once they create you a medical problem. I called a week ago because a permanent crown they put on a few months ago came out already (never had this happen before) it’s very sensitive and painful so I called asking about when they could schedule, and jow much it will cost me since this isn’t my fault and I already paid for the service a few months ago. The receptionist rudely told me I will “obviously” need to pay for it again but she doesn’t know how much. I then ask when is the soonest, she gives me a date.

I tell her I’ll call right back to schedule once I can confirm with my work that I can leave early that day. she rudely hangs up on me. I’ve been trying to call back for over a week now. I’ve left voicemails, I’ve sent text messages. I’m truly in disbelief they would leave a patient who paid in full for the crown the first time just months ago, in pain like this.

The receptionist is very clearly ignoring me and I don’t have a clue why. BBB is my next go to because this is very wrong.
