Please please please please do your research before coming here. I have been a patient for YEARS and coming here has effectively made me fear going to the dentist. In hindsight, this is not a normal experience. Please look at the other reviews and see myself and other patients have a similar experience. It is all around BAD from reception to the service.

I can’t go in for even a basic cleaning without leaving in severe pain every single time with my gums bruised and me feeling like I was just rocked in the jaw. Every time I go I have to ask to be numbed for the service to even be bearable and they don’t even wait for the numbing injection to be fully effective before they start. They are incredibly rough and they try to rush through their overbooked patients, then have the nerve to ask “why are you crying” when my eyes are watering from clearly being in pain. Reception is incredibly unprofessional, the rooms are very unsanitary. It gives overall insurance milking production.

You deserve better. Call your insurance company and find out what other dentists take your insurance in your area. Or better yet do your own research and call them up and see if they take your insurance because this is not it.

I regret the day I ever took my daughter here to get her braces. I chose here because it was close to my house. worst mistake. First of all the wait time is horrible. you will wait for more than 3 hours every time. your whole day is shot.

Now I am being told, the only day for orthodontist is Saturdays. I am not available on Saturdays so my daughter has to wait 3 months before I can get a Friday or any other day. This is not good. I berate myself everytime for picking them.
