I was kinda disappointed with the way the dentist interact with me. He was short and it kinda feel he was in a bad mood. The tech and the hygienist Mike were nice and took the time to explain everything. Also, he look at my mouth and x-rays and didn't even send me some antibiotics or recommended something for the pain. It was not what I was expecting.

Back to the dentist after 7 years. I have always had exceptional service here at Stonecreek. Sometimes a long process but easy and efficient. I always leave smiling.

The customer service is top tier and the actual dental service is nothing but the best. I have received cleanings, X-rays, tooth extraction, gingivitis therapy and teeth whitening. I’m planning to get my wisdom teeth removed, an implant and continue regular cleanings.

Absolutely horrible experience. I used to come here and loved it. Left when the insurance was no longer in-network. My employer switched plans three years ago, and now I just started on new insurance again requiring me to switch practices. I called Stone Creek to schedule an appointment at which time I also asked if my new insurance was in network.

I was told they would run my insurance and confirm at least one day prior to my appointment. I received a voicemail at 1 PM on a Friday with no information other than to call back. I called back just after 2 PM and spoke to a call center who said the office was closed as of 2 PM. I left a voicemail to call me back prior to my appointment, and I was also told I can call back and speak to the office on Saturday when they opened. I called back on Saturday after not receiving a call back, and no one answered.

I called back again Saturday and spoke to someone relaying my concern about making sure insurance was in network, and the person confirmed my insurance was fine. I drove 30 minutes to the office for my appointment, and the front desk told me my insurance was out of network. Thank you for wasting my time and the trip. Never again.
