My son broke the wire in his permanent retainer during a week when his usual orthodontist was unavailable. Fortunately, I was able to secure a same-day appointment at Straight Set in Hewlett. The team there was incredibly supportive, providing detailed explanations of the necessary procedures and presenting us with various options.

They also pointed out additional issues they observed with his teeth. Had I discovered this practice earlier, I would have selected them as my children's orthodontist without hesitation.

The whole place was revamped recently and I couldn’t be happier with Stephan’s level of professionalism and charisma. Every appointment I feel welcomed into the space with open arms, to the point where we’ve developed a consistent rapport. We chop it up and catch up every time I drop by for my appointments.

Fortunately and unfortunately my appointments are coming to an end as my treatment has concluded, but I definitely wanted to take a moment to highlight the exceptional service.
