The dentist was very gentle. No painful mouth stretching. I recieve a free tooth brush every six months. And I was very comfortable during my visit. There is a large screen TV in the procedure room playing different movies.

Marcy Precious Little 1s Daycare
I am highly disappointed with the customer service i received from both the dentist & the assistant upon my arrival today. After coming in today for a appt scheduled at 2:30pm i was turned away. I am currently dealing with serve wisdom tooth pain. I called into the doc office once my job assigned this dentist to me and sent my card in the mail. I called the office to schedule a appt and i was informed that i was not popping up on there system. I called back the insurance company and they informed me and the doctor that i was in fact register hence the reason why a i.
d card was sent in the mail with the doctor name on it. Then they agreed to give me a appt. I thought the issue was resolved. Then i came to the dentist again today just to find out that according to the dentist i am not in there system again. I called up my insurance company and he spoke to the representative in the front even offer to fax over forms to cover in fact i am insured and register to this doctor however the doctor refuse. This is the worse customer service i ever received and now I'm struggling to look for a dentist to switch to help fix my wisdom tooth a.
s. a. p or i will have to end up going to the emergency room unbelievable. Highly dissatisfied

This dentist has been my dentist for many years over 5.. Dr. Jayesh Always make sure I keep my cleaning up to date and keep me aware of everything..I always look forward to my appointments. I come to my appoint unlike most offices I don't wait any more than 5 mins to be seen.. HOW EVER his assistant is Very RUDE Individual .. I Honestly wish he would get a new one !!!

Dr .Trivedi has been my dentist for over 20 yrs, although I didnt listen 2 him about smoking, he still stood by me. I just got my dentures and I couldn't be happier. Dr. Trivedi is a good man. I would and have recommended him . Thank u.
