My experience was great. I went in, got X-rays done and was told I needed a deep cleaning. I figured this because it’s been awhile since I’ve been to the dentist due to not having insurance. I’ve never had a deep cleaning before so I was a bit worried. Getting numb was the worst part but I swear Dr.

Sunny was as gentle as he could be given the situation. I’ve never been numbed that well before. Dr. Sunny was thorough , he put my mind at ease and I believe I found my dentist from here on out! The staff are also very warm and friendly with great bedside manner.

The lady in billing is never there when you call to discuss a bill. She's out , on break , outside taking a smoke etc..... Never returns phone call. Haven't been there in over 3 years but all of a sudden they are billing me for what ?? They can't even give me an answer. Have contacted the BBB. I believe they are frauding insurance companies.

DOES NOT VALUE PATIENTS TIME PERIOD. Made an appointment for my daughter and since I start working at 9, the receptionist made the appointment for 8am and knew very well this was for a filling. Appointment day arrives, we get there at 15 til 8, get taken to a exam room and wait for the dentist to stroll in the back door. He finally comes in and says he had another patient waiting and couldn't do the filling today, come back tomorrow. Appointment was made 2 weeks in advance.

I asked why? He says he told me about the cavity last appointment. This may be possible but you can BARELY understand anything he says. So since the receptionist scheduled as an emergency to get us in early, other patient that arrived at the same time, was more prioritized and more important. Why schedule us at the exact same time? We have a new dentist now and will NOT be going back to Sunny. If you value your time and want to be able to even understand what the dentist is saying, I would highly recommend going elsewhere.

He does not seem to care at all, and doesn't value your time whatsoever. Complete waste of time. Even my 8 yr old daughter said why did we even come? Good question ⁉️

Dr Sunny is the best dentist around hands down. He is patient, understanding, and truly looks out for you as the patient while providing you with the best and affordable options. He is not out for the money and is great with people who suffer from anxiety. I highly recommend him and his services. The rest of his staff are great, as well.

I love everyone here to death. I had four composite fillings done and the result is amazing. My teeth have never looked this good.
