Avoid this place at all costs. I came in for a simple filling replacement (literally just a filling that fell off from chewing gum), and this clinic tried to scam me at every step. First, they pretended they couldn’t verify my insurance, even though I have TWO insurances. After multiple excuses, I had to call the insurance company myself, put them on the phone with the receptionist, and—surprise!—my coverage magically appeared. Then, they forced an unnecessary X-ray on me, even though I clearly told them my tooth wasn’t sensitive or painful. I’m a doctor myself (not a dentist, but I can read an X-ray just fine), and guess what? My tooth was completely healthy. But that didn’t stop them from launching into a scripted scare tactic, claiming my tooth was "dead" and needed a root canal and a crown. I told them, no, just a filling, and they flat-out refused. Apparently, they’d rather push unnecessary, expensive procedures than provide actual patient care.

I walked out, went to another clinic for a second opinion, and the new dentist immediately confirmed there was NOTHING wrong with my tooth. He placed a simple filling—no drama, no lies, just proper treatment. This clinic is a scam factory preying on unsuspecting patients. They push unnecessary procedures for profit, lie about insurance, and waste your time with pointless tests. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere ethical. For anyone reading their response—this is pure deflection and misinformation. Insurance Lie: A physical card is not required to verify insurance—name, DOB, and enrollee ID/SSN are enough. My insurance was never expired, and I told them multiple times I had two active policies. Funny how it was “resolved” the moment I called my insurance myself.
