Disappointed. Drove about an hour to get here bc my referral was from Lewisburg and I recently moved. Was there on time for my appointment, had filled out all forms beforehand, and confirmed my appointment with the office prior to arriving. After I got there they told me that my insurance was inactive and unless I wanted to pay the $247 for the consultation without insurance I would have to reschedule. I was in tears and I think that is the only reason they changed their tone and called my insurance company to get everything sorted out. Made me miss an extra hour of work because they couldn’t take the time to confirm my insurance beforehand. It is not my job to confirm my own insurance.

I almost left without having the consultation but I’ve been waiting for the past 4 years to get my wisdom teeth taken out so that really wasn’t an option for me. I typically don’t leave reviews unless they’re positive. This deeply distressed me as I was made to feel it was my fault that they could not verify my insurance. Mind you they are backed up and so my consultation was booked a month in advance anyway. I hope that they change their practice on this matter soon as I am sure I am not the only one this has happened to. Update post surgery: When I came to get my packings taken out they sat me down for an interview so they could help resolve the issue. From my understanding this is addressed and shouldn't happen to anyone else.

For the most part the surgery went well and they have been good about following up. This was originally 1 star moved to 4 post surgery. I don't like to hurt someone's business, I just thought things could have been handled differently. They apologized and are hoping to resolve the issue. Ok this review is no longer weighing on my mind.

Had my wisdom tooth surgery almost three years ago, and I still cannot feel half of my face. They told me I would need to have facial reconstruction surgery because they gave me nerve damage, still cannot feel half of my face almost three year later. Staff were incredibly disrespectful and inconsiderate, little to no instructions were giving for aftercare surgery. I was yelled at for not properly cleaning my teeth after surgery but was not told how, I had a panic attack mid taking out my packing because there was so much blood. Instead of having a comforting nurse once again she yelled at me and just wanted to keep going despite the fact I was hyperventilating and crying, not to mention there are countless of other people who have had surgeries gone wrong.

I do not recommend this place. Their practices are messed up, the staff are disrespectful. The doctor while messing up my surgery was very sympathetic and the only nice person in this situation, I hope he is well.

Lovely people! They went above and beyond to be able to get me seen! I appreciate that greatly! Everyone in the office is super nice and had great enthusiasm! Very professional, great attitudes, they actually care about you and your teeth, and the nurses are sweethearts! I wish they were a general dentist, I would get ANYTHING DONE BY THEM…. but for now 🙂.

I recommend this place to anyone!!! They have been a life saver for me on getting my oral health back on track! We need more places with exponential services like this. Thank you guys again!
