My two children went first than I got them and each time the service was phenomenal! Dr TenBrook is knowledgeable and approachable. He has a number of locations and his staff is top notch. The team is flexible and patient and the environment is clean. Price is fair.

We were really happy with Tenbrook initially but a few months into my daughter's treatment, they closed our local office without even informing us so now we're driving over 40 minutes to another office. Just recently it has been nearly impossible to reach anyone by phone or email to get an appointment and when I was finally able to speak to someone they said they were booked until September/October. So in the middle of treatment when you're supposed to go every 6 weeks you can't see us for over 2 months?? The receptionist said they were closing more offices so I dont know what is going on but very bad business practices for overpriced Braces.

What was supposed to be a 15 month treatment plan is now going way beyond that because we can't even get an appointment. If I didn't already pay in full I would continue treatment somewhere else.

Tataji Have taking such great care of her. From booking the appointment to bonding to follow up, my daughters teeth are already moving and her smile keeps getting wider and wider. She will likely be out of Braces within a year of having them put on! Highly recommend!
