Great team, very cozy office that makes going to the dentist less painful. Highly recommend if you are in the area! Linda is great if you are looking to request a specific hygienist - she’s gentle and will stop if you are in any pain!

I called the day before my appointment and specifically asked if they accepted my insurance. I was told yes. When I arrived, I was told there was no insurance on file, and that they don’t even accept my insurance at all. This was incredibly frustrating, especially since I had explained over the phone that this was an emergency.

I made time in my schedule and traveled there based on the information I was given, only to be told I’d have to pay out of pocket. To make matters worse, the front desk assistant told me, “We sent you an email at 4:00 AM to inform you about the insurance. ” First of all, I never received any such email. Second, who sends an important update at 4 AM!!!! just a few hours before an 8:30 AM appointment and expects the client to see it? When I voiced my concerns, the front desk assistant simply said, “I’m not the one who took your call,” as if that excused the situation.

No apology, no effort to help, just a cold, dismissive attitude. Extremely disappointing experience. Completely inconsiderate of people’s time, urgency, and circumstances.

I had a wonderful experience at Tend on 63rd Street. The team there is truly exceptional. I came in to have three cavities removed and from start to finish, everything was handled with care and professionalism. The doctor and the assistant who prepared me for the procedure were both incredibly kind and attentive. I’m not sure if the assistant was an intern, maybe he was a doctor also. , but he took the time to give me helpful flossing tips that I truly appreciated.

The front desk staff was also welcoming and courteous — especially the gentleman who greeted me upon arrival. Tend is raising the bar for dental care in New York. Their service, environment, and patient attention are top-tier. Honestly, I wish there was stock available for Tend —- they’re taking over the city! Highly recommended. Jean Brunache

I must tell you, my experience at Tend Dental office on Wall Street, New York City, has been outstanding, thanks to the professional staff and immaculate facility. Dr. Abernathy, my dentist, is exceptional-friendly, attentive, and thorough. During our time together, I have been impressed by exemplary care.
