Dr. Victor P. Avis, DDS, is the head of a third-generation dental practice located at 15 St Pauls Ave, Staten Island, NY. Dr. Avis, a graduate of Duke University and Georgetown University Dental School, has continued his family's legacy by expanding the practice's scope with a "wholistic" and people-centered approach.
