Dr. Collins, a native of the Northwest, completed his Doctorate of Medical Dentistry at Temple University and his oral and maxillofacial surgery residency at the University of Washington. He began his private practice in Spokane in July 2004 and is a Diplomate of the American Board of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery and a Fellow of the American Association of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeons. He is also a Diplomate of the National Dental Board of Anesthesiology.
