I've been to a number of dentists and specialists, and I've never felt compelled to leave a review for one, but Dr. Spencer Saint-Cyr is hands down one of the best guys I've had work done by. He was thorough and professional while reviewing everything, but beyond that, we had pleasant conversation and everything went amazing. After he was done, he made sure to go over everything so I understood why he took the steps he did to ensure everything was successful.

The staff there is friendly and pleasant and the office / patient rooms are nice. If you need a root canal specialist, I'd recommend him to anyone.

My spouse had an appointment here back in September. When he went in they completed an evaluation and X-rays. They then asked if he wanted to get his root canal done that same day, but due to him being alone he did not feel comfortable driving home after the procedure. So they proceeded to tell him just call in when you are ready to schedule. So fast track here I am attempting to schedule his root canal like they explained to him.

Only to be told he missed his appointment. Impossible cause i had to guide him to the location while on FaceTime cause he is not from NJ. I even confirmed his location when i looked on find my friends on iPhone and he was at the location he needed to be. I also was on FaceTime the entire time he was there to help him navigate through the appointment. So somewhere along the lines someone most likely did not due their job in office.

I informed that most likely some one in office dropped the ball and if we could schedule his root canal only for them to say he would have to do an entire evaluation appointment again when he already completed that part. He has an infection and is in need but unfortunately due to their incompetence we are now on the hunt once again for another endodontist. Also instead of being helpful the office was very rude and combative about the situation and did not attempt to at least help one bit. Have even called and confirmed with insurance and they informed they received i do that they were billed for that appointment. How can someone miss an appointment that you sent a bill for?

I found an emergency appointment here, after being unsatisfied with a prior endodontist. I did not expect much, considering I have never had great experiences; and the place I had just came from was terrible. This place EXCEEDED any expectations I could’ve had! Dr. Sc Saint-Cyr and his amazing team saved me that day.

My root canal was nothing but comfortable, fast, and done perfectly. I was so pleased with the work I returned today for another root canal and had no issues, complications, or uncertainty that it would be done correctly. The people here are too friendly, and will always have you leaving here with a smile.

I had a fantastic experience at The Dental Specialty Center while getting a root canal. The doctor was not only incredibly skilled, but also very kind and attentive, making sure I felt relaxed and comfortable throughout the procedure. His jokes put me at ease and I knew I was in good hands. The assistant/nurse was also wonderful, providing reassurance and ensuring everything went smoothly.

I couldn't be happier with the results - my smile has been completely transformed. Thank you, Dr. Saint, for your exceptional care!
