Toxic Tay

My partial was broken in 2 pieces. I called them at 8:40 was able to get in at 9am with Dr. Turner able to get it fixed in an hour at a very affordable price when the staff believed at first they wouldn’t be able to be fixed because I attempted to fix them with glue. 10/10 experience.

I am very pleased with the repair that was done to my denture. The repair was completed in a short period of time, the waiting room is comfortable. The cost of the repair was reasonable. ($150.00) I recommend The Denture Doctor for a repair to your denture.

The staff here can be very cold and make it clear they have no compassion for the patients situations or emergencies. There is a reason this place is so cheap. I would recommend lutherville dental. Although I did pay a Significant amount more at lutherville dental I did not care about the cost. I cared about how I was treated and how they considered my unique emergency and jumped through hoops to helps me.

Lutherville dental was able to get me in do impressions and have new plates for me in 4 days as the Dentire doctor staff made it clear that they don’t care about your emergencies and they they will not lift a finger to help you beyond the standard protocol. I don’t care if I had to pay 10x somewhere else I would never support this business. Although I will say doctor turner is a great guy but his staff are rude and indignant people at least the staff that handle calls.
