My daughter was told by last dentist she had an infection in a tooth she previously had a root canal in. Today she came in for consult based on being told she had an infection. This dentist charged us 76 for consult and 100 for xray and told us there is no infection. So i paid $176 because we were told there was an infection and there in reality was not. I have requested a refund. I have 2 other children who go here and have spent thousands of dollars including on braces. If the first dentist was wrong, the $176 charges based on what that dentist said she be waived.

We only came in because we were told there was an infection. Completely disheartened at this whole situation. This is for the Medford NJ location. I have called the 516 number left a message and emailed. No one called me back.

The Smilist entire team were incredible! It’s a task to find a good dentist and I feel like they treated me very well. I would definitely recommend them. After my exam and cleaning I needed an extra procedure done and they were able to go over my out of pocket expenses and schedule my next appointment and within 15-20 minutes I was able to have my procedure completed that I have been procrastinating about for a few years by the dentist.

I’m so happy that I finally have it done professionally and without any issues or pain. The Smilist is definitely my favorite dentist!!!!

I’ve been to now 3 different The Smilist locations and this one is just as amazing as the rest! I’ve moved a few times which has caused me to visit 3 locations but it is always such a pleasant experience. I would absolutely recommend this location to anyone who’s looking for a new dentist!
