Dr. Saggese is both a phenomenal human being and a highly-skilled professional and deserves more than 5 stars. However, it is ironic that I am giving Dr. Saggese 5 stars b/c the reason I switched to his office was due to the fact that he did not have a perfect 5 star rating (still a very solid 4. 7). Let me explain: For several years, I was a patient at a nearby Tribeca Dental office (I am going to refer to them as TDA), which had a perfect 5-star rating based on hundreds of reviews. Dont let this fool you. This "dental office" evolved into a simply a profit center. Every appointment felt like a pointless trip to the CES Expo: the office’s main focus was showcasing their newest tech rather than genuinely caring for my oral health.

It became clear that profit - NOT the patient - became the #1 priority. With each visit, they tried to sell me on some kind of service based on the latest tech, which of course wasn't covered by insurance. Scheduling was so aggressive and overdone that when I had to reschedule a regular cleaning, the next availability was 3 MONTHS, which is absolutely ridiculous. I take very good care of my teeth yet somehow TDA always found a new cavity. I always had a bad gut feeling about TDA and switching to Dr. Saggese relieved me of all my anxiety and stress. Dr. Saggese is an amazing doctor who really cares. I needed a cleaning and a crown/abutment for my implant.

Scheduling was easy. His staff/assistants are great. When you’re there, there is no rush and Dr. Saggese explains every step of the way. He is very knowledgable (knew about all the specifics of my existing implant hardware) and it is evident that he keeps up to date with industry standards. Even this week, Dr. Saggese accommodated me last minute and on the spot engineered a custom cap for my painfully sharp abutment. I fully trust that I am in good care. Thank you!

Dr.Saggese is angel sent he was very thorough and detailed when explaining what he thought would be best for me. I felt comfortable and welcomed in his practice from his front desk to the back office everyone was awesome. He literally changed my life for the better.
