Please note that I did not go to this location for services, and this review is a reflection of a recent experience I had in trying to give this office my business. I called inquiring about Teeth Whitening. I’m told in order to have teeth whitening I must have an examination by the doctor; fairly standard. I asked how much the service was and the receptionist was unsure, but was absolutely driven towards getting me to commit to this examination. I told her I needed to know the price of the whitening in order to know it’s value and assess it’s affordability. I begrudgingly was put on hold so she could find out.

10 minutes later, I’m still on hold and the line cuts. I call back and reach the hygienist who is friendly and helpful. She says we can try to book the appointments for a potential cleaning covered by my insurance in conjunction with a visit for the whitening, as the dentist would’ve examined me during the visit. Again, I just needed to know the price of the whitening at this point. I’m transferred to the front desk so the receptionist can take my information down to utilize my out of network benefits and to determine the price, but when I am returned to the receptionist she still doesn’t know the price, tells me it’s a ballpark of $100 - $600 and that it depends on how my exam goes…”Do you want to make an appointment for the examination?” is all I get in response. I explain how that’s a huge price difference, could she maybe tell me more? Could she take my insurance information down so she could see what they do or don’t accept? No, she couldn’t be bothered.

22 minutes into this adventure I’m rudely sassed and told thanks anyway and the line cuts out. I was trying to get Invisalign, whitening, cleaning, and Botox done at this location, but couldn’t even get a fair and honest price or answer out of them to do so. I would avoid at all costs, as any place who can’t tell you what their prices are or why they vary and offer no inclination of support frankly don’t deserve your money.
