My wife and I have been going to Dr Han for 5+ years, have gotten cleanings, fillings, and crowns, and have had all positive experiences. They're not pushy, they explain as much as you want them to, and they're affordable by NYC standards.

(For example, another dentist quoted me $2000+ for some work that Tribeca Dental Design did for less than $1000. ) It's a fun bonus that Dr Han is a very interesting person and loves to chat about life!

Went here for a VERY PAINFUL cleaning after my usual hygenist, Hannah, quit. They did not tell me she was gone of course, I would have cancelled. Then, I stupidly got whitening trays. They gave me multiple syringes that no one could properly explain to me.

Whitening is no joke - if you do it wrong, you can REALLY damage your teeth, not to mention be in serious pain! After 20 mins back and forth with no clarity on how to use, I asked for a refund, and they were very rude. To the horrible office staff - I urge you to keep the recording of our "interaction" as you so smugly annouced to me, because it will show you putting a patient's health (mine) at risk. Putting patient health at risk is NOT okay. I cannot recommend this place, due to my my now multiple bad experiences here!

Unforeseen bills. Questionable doctor. Dental cleaning for toddler for $250 (even though I triple checked with them whether they take my insurance and if my kid is covered). They literally said there will be NO BILLS since we are covered. But then we received a bill of $500 for 2 kids.

I came by to see what is going on but they said “Sorry, it’s been a mistake and insurance actually doesn’t cover kids”. AFTER the service. The doctor was also unprofessional and the whole visit took literally 7 min. This is insane!
