My experience with Dr. Solomon & his staff were absolutely wonderful. The level of care and professionalism was a 10 out of 10!!!!!! The office was beautiful and surprisingly relaxing. It actually felt more like I was at the spa & not a dental office for an emergency visit. The ladies at the front were friendly & willing to answer any questions & concerns I had! The dental assistant, named Elijah A. was extremely attentive, and kept checking on me to make sure I was comfortable; she offered me a cup of tea or water as i waited. If she wasn't working there, I believed Elijah A.

would have been an exceptional LPN or RN nurse. She's a pleasant young lady. Now about Dr. Solomon, when I arrived, he introduced himself & greeted me with a handshake, which was a warm welcome, I appreciate that. He was extremely knowledgeable, informative, professional & has a charismatic personality. He made me feel at ease about my wisdom tooth extraction. He explained what he saw on my x-rays & what it is he needed to do.

I honestly think this is my first time not experiencing much anxiety. This is coming from a woman who has PTSD from horrible visits to the dentist. Dr. Solomon is 1 of the best in NYC! PAY HIM A VISIT YOU WON'T REGRET IT! P. S. Ladies & and gentlemen, could you believe they even have acupuncture & the sweetest surprise, Dr. Solomon has an emotional support dog in the office! A truly remarkable experience! Dr. Solomon has a bedside manner that is second to none. A deeply empathetic caring person who listens and also explains what needs to be done in clear terms. I sincerely appreciated the time and patience both he and the staff in general took. In fact, the entire team was caring and kind.

I am typically anxious when it comes to dental care but the beautiful space, ambient lighting and happy puppy running about really put me in a peaceful calm state. I left feeling assured and confident that my dental needs were in the right hands. They offer great payment plans too so an ordinarily daunting experience was anything but!
