Patient # 241598 During my search to find an orthodontist, I heard many great things about Dr Phan from friends and colleagues. When I met him I knew right away he was someone I could trust. He shared stories and was so positive despite my huge over-jet and fractured teeth from an injury in my early 20s. He didn’t push any procedures and ask for money even at the first visit to asses my dental plan. When I got my Braces put on the hygienist “Christine” (I believe) was so amazing and just as positive as Dr Phan.

The energy in this office is so pleasant you don’t feel like you’re a nuisance. I’ve had a couple incidents where my wire bent and my dentist accidentally broke a bracket from a tooth extraction & the staff are so prompt to respond and willing to help. It’s only 2 weeks in and I’m very happy that I took my own journey to find my own orthodontist despite my dentist recommendations on orthodontist. I forgot the lady’s name who took all my pictures prior to the braces being put on. She was lovely too! A great sense of humour and so knowledgeable.

She took the time to share photos of some of Dr Phan’s patients with their amazing progress which got me so excited for my own braces journey. Being 42 with braces is definitely a unique experience & challenging but I can’t wait for the day I can finally smile with my teeth for my daughter. Thank you TriCity orthodontist for all your support & encouragement throughout this process. If you’re reading this, I recommend you meet with Dr Phan & his amazing team then decide if it’s for you. You have nothing to lose!

The staff here are all very friendly, knowledgeable and understanding! As an adult who has been avoiding the situation for a very long time, they have welcomed me and definitely made me feel like I'm in good hands. I'll be sure to post the after pics and burn the before ones lol 😁
