Trust your teeth with someone else. They called me the day before to move the appointment back 15 minutes. I waited 30 minutes in the lobby for a cleaning. The receptionist finally takes me, says “sorry for the wait” And then picks up a phone call and doesn’t even put them on hold. When the dentist finally started talking to me, her daughter comes in touching all sorts of things and screaming. I was about to leave because this was already so unprofessional.

The dentist was quick and rough with the first part. Then when it came to the polishing part she literally polished no more than five seconds and got up and went to another client. I don’t mind to wait a little for quality work, but half an hour for a shotty job feels like she just wants to collect the money from insurance and doesn’t actually care about the clients. I left feeling so disrespected I had to call back and cancel my follow up appointment.

Dr. Ghania Chohan is a great dentist who looks out for her patients, very professional, kind, understanding and gentle during treatments. Her staff is also just as great as her which says a lot! She has transformed this office from what it used to be and works so hard. I am beyond pleased with the treatment and care that she provides in her dental office!!
