Came in for a cleaning that was purchased off of Groupon, shouldve seen the red flag there. . Got called to the back to begin my cleaning. Didn't know who was who, the hygeniest or the actual dentist didn't introduce themselves. Whomever gave me my cleaning was not very thorough. They talked about how much in need I was for a cleaning but was only in the chair for less than ten minutes, working in my mouth closer to 5 minutes.

No glasses put on me for the light or the splashing of liquids. Was very aggressive about trying to scheduling a return appointment to have cavities filled after I told them I didn't have insurance and would call back when i could afford it. Will not return. Not a pleasant experience.

My first time visiting here today and had a great experience. Everyone from the front office staff, to the dental assistant Imani, to Dr. Danesh was beyond professional and did their job well. Like everyone, I'm not a fan of going to the dentist and I had waited a little too long.

Dr. Danesh was gentle and kept checking on my well-being the entire time. I've already scheduled my next appointment.

I went in for the second time today from a GROUPON DEAL I had purchased. The receptionist Nicole and Tres both of them are very friendly, nice and called me by name. Even though I was running about 10 mins late each time (not planned) of course I called , but they were nice and accommodating and didn’t cancel the appointment or reschedule it. They treated me with warmth and respect. I feel like the doctor and the dental hygienist were also knowledgeable and know what they are doing.

I am pleased. Don’t have any complains . I plan to go back to them in the future, but I will purchase an in house deal($79 ) where you can get your cleaning done with that deal.

United Dental Group of Elliott City is phenomenal! I’ve been searching for a new dentist for a while and they greeted and treated me with courtesy and professionalism. The cleanliness of the office is unmatched and each staff member is knowledgeable to say the least. They provide feedback and education necessary for long-lasting results and great oral hygiene. Highly recommended!!
