I spent a good amount of time looking for a new dentist. Dr. Bakman and his staff are true professionals and I'm so glad that I decided to entrust my health and well being with him and his team. Stay away from this place. The doctor is terrible. Why am I saying the doctor is terrible? He is not even a doctor. My sister, who is 25, went to him to fix her teeth. First of all, he said that the insurance won't cover anything. He gave us the price for the work that would be performed. He did root canal treatment for teeth #12 and 13 and he placed a crown on them. The tooth was hurting after the procedure was performed. She was in pain for more then a month.

Then the pain stopped. After a year we went to another dentist for checkup. The new dentist did x- rays and check out the teeth. Under the tooth that was done by Bakman, there was a big infection. The new doctor said that the crowns need to be removed and the root canal treatment has to be done again. He sent for approval to the insurance. It turns out that insurance covers everthing after all. Once we got the approval for the retreatment of the teeth #12 and 13, the doctor opened the teeth by removing the crowns. Once he removed the crowns there was so much decay under the crowns due to improper crown preparation.

On top of that, the teeth had so much infection in them, due to improper root canal treatment. Overall, my sister has to go through so much because of this fake doctor. She might even loose these two teeth and she is very young. If I could talk to every one of dr Bakman's patients, I would encourage them not to go to him. Stay away from him at all costs. If there was negative stars I would give negative 100 to this guy. One more time, STAY AWAY FROM HIM!!!

Very good doctor! He is willing to work with you in order to get things done. Most understanding dentist I've ever been to. His staff is easy going and professional. I can't be happier I've found him. There are probably many good dentists out there but it's hard to find quality, professionalism, kindness and affordability in one doctor.

The reception went horribly. Very long waiting time in the waiting room, although I arrived at the appointed time. The staff communicates with clients terribly. absolutely nothing to explain, terrible approach. Inside the room is very small, without repair, medical equipment looks bad. The worst thing is that 4(!!!) months after the reception from the insurance company I receive a confirmation for the installation of GOLDEN crowns on SEVEN teeth.

This procedure was not agreed with me, I am 20 years old and of course I would not agree to install gold crowns. I strongly recommend to bypass this place. You will waste your time and nerves. A place with worse service is still to be found.
