If it had not been for Dr. Jennifer Roberts my life would be so different but only for a while. I told Iredell county what was going on and I was swept under the rug. That is NOT Dr. Roberts..she heard me. And because of that I was diagnosed with stage 2 cancer not stage 3/4. United Health Care is awesome. I'd bet my life on it. Thank you Dr Roberts and Jenny (her assistant).

My wife went to extract the lower left tooth, and the doctor tried for more than an hour to pull the tooth out several times, and she drilled the edges of the tooth to the point where she cut off parts of the flesh from under the tongue. My wife asked to stop the operation because of the severity of the pain, but the doctor resumed the operation by injecting her with anesthesia several times, and after bitter attempts, the tooth was pulled out, but after we got home, my wife discovered a large wound under the tongue from the impact of the equipment.

This is the fourth time I've called my husband's medication in and they have taken an extremely long time to get back with the pharmacy . Medication should be a priority before they leave for the weekend .

Even the pharmacy hates dealing with them because they have to send the request so many times. In all fairness the staff is pretty nice and the facility is clean but trying to get a refill is a nightmare

I came to my appointment at 10:50pm on Saturday, appointment was at 11. Called as stated on the door, it took 20 mins to get the answering service to pick up. She was nice and called every number she had for this location. Yet no answer still, I waited until 12pm still not a soul I sight.

Worst dental experience ever, I took off work thats 10 hours I will not get on my check. Lol and my tooth issue is still on a 8 at this point. The least they could've done was call me to cancel.
